COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tai Shi TFD2019042415 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thayer-Scale products, including obsoleted and phased-out Technoplas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thayer-Scale such as the D50102B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NSP5 manufactured by Technoplas and we are pleased to be able to service most Technoplas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X2C4003 by Manufacturer Tb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thermo-Fisher Brand FG0GST0080G10S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thermo such as CS496 equipment made by Thermo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thermo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thermo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7364 made by Thermo-Electron as well as the popular 5TI10311 original spares produced by Texas Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TBS1154 by Tbs1154-Tektronix-150mhz,-4-Ch,tft,1gsps-Digital-S and CS496 spares by Thermo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TLC6322F212111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
